The Nissan Leaf ranked last due to its age and lack of competitive features, while the Mercedes-Benz EQB and VW ID.4 were noted for feeling less premium than expected for their price points, with the ID.4's infotainment system being a significant drawback. The Lexus RZ 450e and Kia EV6 GT were criticized for their compromised range and performance respectively, despite other positive attributes. The Rivian R1T impressed with its clever features and practicality, and the Hyundai Ioniq 6 was praised for its driving dynamics and range. The Ford Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning also performed well, with the Lightning highlighted for its capability and value. The top three finalists are the Audi Q8 e-tron, Genesis Electrified GV70, and Mercedes-Benz EQE Sedan, each offering a compelling, albeit expensive, luxury EV experience.
