THESE TWO COMPANIES HAVE BIG PLANS FOR THE FUTURE OF ELECTRIC BICYCLES!

EV Channels Review

This video from Fully Charged Live introduces two innovative companies in the electric bicycle space: Chargebike and Grin Technologies. Chargebike presents a groundbreaking motor technology that offers both true freewheeling (zero drag) and 100% regenerative braking, a significant advancement over current geared or direct-drive motors. This 'true feel' system aims to improve rider experience and efficiency. Grin Technologies, a long-standing player in DIY e-bike conversions, emphasizes the importance of open standards, repairability, and empowering users to customize and maintain their own electric bikes. They highlight the limitations of proprietary, integrated systems and advocate for a more sustainable, user-centric approach. The collaboration between Chargebike and Grin aims to bring this new motor technology to market, potentially revolutionizing e-bike design and user experience by combining advanced features with the ethos of DIY and repair.
