The 30-foot cable, while offering flexibility, violates NEC code, and the charger's ability to easily exceed the rated circuit amperage via the app or unit buttons presents a serious safety concern. Additionally, the provided connector holster is deemed inadequate and not as advertised, and the companion app is basic, lacking real-time kWh tracking and offering limited scheduling options.
