However, the brand's initial messaging was criticized for a perceived reluctance towards EVs. Ram also showcased plans for electric pickups and plug-in hybrids, with a full-size electric pickup concept hinting at a futuristic design, though charging speeds were noted as standard rather than cutting-edge. Jeep is expanding its 4xe plug-in hybrid offerings and teased an all-electric Wrangler and a small, off-road-capable SUV.
