ELON MUSK IS SUPPORTING A TRUMP / VANCE CANDIDACY - HE'S CHANGED... A LOT. AND THAT'S BAD.

EV Channels Review

This video critically examines Elon Musk's reported financial support for the Trump/Vance Republican ticket, questioning his alignment with a platform that is overtly anti-EV and anti-science. While acknowledging Tesla's significant historical contribution to the EV movement, the reviewer highlights the stark contrast between the company's goals and the candidates' proposed policies, such as scrapping EV incentives and promoting fossil fuels. The piece delves into the specific anti-EV stances of Donald Trump and JD Vance, including Vance's 'Drive American Act' which favors gasoline and diesel vehicles. The reviewer expresses concern over Musk's public support for these candidates, especially given his own past criticisms of government regulation and his company's environmental compliance issues. The editorial concludes that while no automaker is perfect, Musk's current political leanings and endorsements are detrimental to the progress of the EV industry and the broader pursuit of a cleaner future, urging for vocal opposition to such contradictions.
