Bugatti has unveiled the Tourbillon, the highly anticipated successor to the Chiron, marking a new era for the brand under Bugatti-Rimac. This hypercar boasts a revolutionary V16 naturally aspirated engine paired with three electric motors, delivering a staggering 1,800 horsepower. The design, while distinctly Bugatti with its horseshoe grille and center line, presents a more futuristic and integrated aesthetic. Key highlights include innovative door mechanisms, a unique "skeleton" interior design emphasizing analog elements and mechanical artistry over screens, and a fixed-top steering wheel with intricate watchmaking-inspired gauges. The Tourbillon also features advanced aerodynamics, including a tall diffuser that enables a limited top speed of 278 mph without a deployable rear wing in top-speed mode. Despite the complex hybrid powertrain and a substantial 25 kWh battery offering 50-70 km of electric range, Bugatti has focused on weight management, targeting under 2,000 kg through extensive use of 3D printing and lightweight materials. The vehicle is limited to 250 units, with deliveries starting in 2026, priced at €3.8 million net.
