While the vehicle boasts an estimated 400 miles of range with its large battery and supports 350kW charging, its dual-motor setup offers a 0-60 mph time under 4.5 seconds with 'Wide Open Watts' mode engaged. The base Work Truck starts at a competitive $39,900, with higher trims ranging from $50,000 to over $100,000. A significant drawback is the staggered release, with the Work Truck arriving in Spring 2023 and consumer models not until mid-2024, a delay that may deter potential buyers eager for the F-150 Lightning. The innovative Multiflex Midgate, allowing for an extended bed length up to nearly 11 feet, is a standout feature, though its practical necessity for average consumers is debated.
