The panoramic glass roof with its opacity control is a notable feature for enhancing the travel experience. However, the ID.Buzz's charging speed is a concern for long-distance travel, with a maximum DC fast charge rate of around 201 kW, which is slower than many competitors. The infotainment system's menu structure for basic functions like resetting the trip meter is also noted as unintuitive. Despite these drawbacks, its smooth ride, spaciousness, and unique character make it a strong contender for family road trips, especially with the upcoming integration with the Tesla Supercharger network.
