The 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed showcased a significant shift towards electrification and alternative fuels, even with a Formula 1 theme. The event featured dynamic debuts of numerous EVs and hydrogen-powered vehicles, moving beyond static displays to demonstrate performance on the iconic hill climb. Highlights included the Alpine Alpenglow HY6, Rimac Nevera R, Lotus Evija, and Karma Kaveya. The Porsche Cayenne electric made its UK debut, boasting impressive performance figures and an upgraded platform. Denza presented its luxurious D9 MPV and the rugged B5 off-roader, alongside the Z9 GT shooting brake. MG unveiled the Cyberster Black and the Cyber X concept, with further details on the upcoming IM6 SUV and IM5 saloon. Honda showcased its Super EV concept city car and the European premiere of the dramatic Zero SUV. Renault's R5 Turbo 3E, a limited-edition mini supercar, and Alpine's A290 and A390 crossover were also prominent. Hyundai revealed the Ioniq 6N, building on the success of the Ioniq 5N.
