The Q6 offers 422 hp (456 hp with launch control) and an estimated 0-60 mph in 5 seconds, while the SQ6 boasts 483 hp (510 hp with launch control) and a 4-second 0-60 mph time. Both feature a 100 kWh battery with 94.9 kWh usable capacity, targeting over 300 miles of EPA range. DC fast charging peaks at 270 kW, enabling a 10-80% charge in 21 minutes. The platform introduces one-pedal driving to the Volkswagen Group, a feature absent in the Macan. Despite sharing underpinnings with the Macan, Audi aims to differentiate the Q6 with unique styling and driving dynamics, though its identity beyond advanced lighting technology remains a point of discussion. The interior, utilizing Android Automotive OS, is noted as stylish but potentially derivative of the Macan. Audi is considering US production at the Volkswagen Chattanooga factory.
