The charger also performed well in extreme heat and cold tests, maintaining functionality and managing internal temperatures by derating power when necessary. However, the most significant drawback is its lack of safety certification (UL/ETL), which the reviewer stresses is crucial for high-power charging equipment. Other misses include the short 20-foot cable, the absence of integrated cable management or a connector holster, and a connector that feels somewhat cheap and has a weak locking tab.
