The Kia EV3, Skoda Elroq, and Mini Aceman were put to the test on a 300-mile road trip to determine the best electric SUV. While all three offer compelling features, the Skoda Elroq emerged as the overall winner. The Mini Aceman, despite its premium branding, significantly underperformed in range and practicality, making it difficult to recommend in 2024. The Kia EV3 presented a strong case with a comfortable ride and a well-appointed interior, but its higher PCP costs and slightly less competitive range compared to the Elroq placed it in second. The Skoda Elroq impressed with its spaciousness, excellent driving dynamics, competitive pricing, and a theoretical real-world range of 244 miles, making it the most well-rounded and value-driven option among the three.
